UNEXPECTED DEATH

In 2004 I was asked to go help Pastor Smith.   Her  congregation was trying to takeover the church.The congregation gather every friend, neighbor and family members together to join the church just for a vote. They thought if they had enough member to vote Pastor Smith out the church would be theirs. The Baptist Association stepped in to assist Pastor Smith.  What a mess! This shenanigan went on for months.  

Pastor Smith was a powerful women of God who truly believed in prayer.  She said "to win any battle do it with prayer..The congregation was very angry because they could not do things their way.  Police was even called to the church. Members changed the locks to keep the pastor out of the building.  Finally they went to court and the judge granted Pastor Smith favor.  Prayer changes everything.  Pastor Smith had so much faith it encouraged me. 

November 2008 Pastor Smith became very ill.  While in the hospital she said to me "Deacon Mitcham this illness is not what the doctors are saying",   I believed her.  Pastor Smith passed away 7 days after being in the hospital.  My heart was crushed...She was my best friend, prayer partner and a true woman of God.

It's amazing how churches have so many witches and warlocks in the congregation.  It's time for the body of Christ eyes to open.  Some people will go to the extreme to have their way if it means taking people life.   A witch should die and not live...its in the bible.

Wake up people it's time to wake up and pray and stop entertaining witches and warlocks.  God promise use a long life and long drink of salvation. I remember Pastor Smith would say Deacon Mitcham keep your eyes on Jesus not the problem.  If you focus on the problem it will weaken you. 

I want to encourage you to stay focus let God take the wheel and things will change.  Don't forget to pray and believe.
